Corporate social responsibility
Since 2003, FHI 360 has partnered with Johnson & Johnson through the Bridge to Employment initiative. The program works with youth from disadvantaged communities across the globe, providing them with real-world experiences to expose them to educational opportunities and careers in health.

Employee engagement
FHI 360 has partnered for nearly 15 years with the Pfizer Global Health Fellows program to send Pfizer employees to FHI 360 projects in countries from Ghana to Vietnam. Each year, a Pfizer Fellow has the opportunity to travel across the globe to an FHI 360 project site to provide technical expertise for several months. This strategic partnership is part of FHI 360’s growing portfolio of work that supports the employee engagement goals of corporate partners.

Partnership for contraceptive product development
Since 2013, FHI 360 has implemented the Contraceptive Technology Innovation Initiative with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The goal is to develop new and strategically important contraceptives — through a strong focus on global partnerships — that will ensure wide access to quality, affordable and acceptable products for those most in need.
