Has the Lagos State government finally banned all okadas from plying highways?

Yes. The Lagos State government on February 1 began the enforcement of the Lagos State Transport Sector Reform Law 2018, banning the use of motorcycles and tricycles on major highways within the state. This had earlier been announced on Tuesday, January 28 via a press conference.
